1. Manufacturing & Products

All products listed, including Industrial High Bays, Solar Street Lights, and High Mast systems, are subject to availability. As a manufacturer, we reserve the right to modify technical specifications to improve product performance without prior notice.

2. Quotations and Orders

All price quotes provided via the website or WhatsApp are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are considered confirmed only after the receipt of the specified advance payment.

3. Warranty & Liability

Leo Forse LED Lights provides a standard warranty on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation by third parties, power surges, or natural disasters.

4. Delivery & Erection Support

While we offer end-to-end erection support, delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or site-readiness issues.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry.
